Terms of Service.

These terms cover your use of the Repetition iOS app, published by Eldhaven LLC.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Repetition, you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard App Store EULA, which also governs your use of the app.

2. Your content

Affirmations you record, journal entries you write, and any custom music or images you import are yours. Repetition stores them locally on your device. Eldhaven does not access, store, or have any rights to your content.

3. Premium

Repetition Premium is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple via StoreKit. There is no subscription and no recurring fee. Premium ties to your Apple ID — you can restore it on any device signed in with the same Apple ID via Settings → Restore Purchase.

4. Refunds

Refunds for any in-app purchase are handled by Apple. The fastest route is reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Acceptable use

Repetition is a tool for personal manifestation and affirmation practice. Don't use it to record audio or import content you don't have the rights to use. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app.

6. Disclaimer

Repetition is a wellness tool, not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you are dealing with a serious mental-health concern, please reach out to a qualified professional.

7. Intellectual property

The Repetition app, its name, logo, copy, and visual design are the intellectual property of Eldhaven LLC. Your license to use the app is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and granted only for your personal use through the App Store.

8. Changes

Features change. We may add to, change, or remove parts of Repetition over time. We won't ever try to take something away from you that you've already paid for.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Texas, where Eldhaven LLC is registered.
